EZ-Direct Deposit gives you the ability to electronically submit Child Care Payments through the ACH network.  There is no need to write a separate check for each employee to each authority.

EZ-Direct Deposit has no limit to the number of Financial Institutions that a check can be distributed to.

There are no on-going fees or transaction costs from Coastal Software & Consulting.  Service firms that use EZ-Direct Deposit® to provide an ACH service to other firms will probably charge fees. Of course, if you are the firm that buys EZ-Direct Deposit® then the only transaction costs would be from your bank or credit union that will be "originating" the ACH for you and passing it to the Federal Reserve for distribution to all of your customers' or employees' banks and credit unions.

EZ-Direct Deposit® offers multi-origination bank capability. A template is simply created that contains the originating bank information for each of your customers.

ACH files are written to the hard disk or a diskette. The files can then be transmitted using Microsoft's HyperTerminal, Terminal, your Bank's web site, or any other free/fee file transfer program that you have. Alternatively, the file can be hand-delivered on a diskette to your originating financial institution.

EZ-Direct Deposit®, out of the box, does not import data directly from an ODBC database, but it can be modified to do so. Please contact us for more information.
