Q: What is the EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate Program?
A: The EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our Web site. You do this by placing links on your site. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission.

Q: How do I sign up?
A: First, you must read and accept our EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate Agreement. Then, you complete our online application form. After your application is submitted, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted as a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate, and we will provide you with information on how to get started.

Q: Is my Web site eligible to become a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate?
A: Anyone can apply to the program, as long as you have a Web site and an interest in assisting small businesses. We especially encourage individuals and organizations such as small business associations, accountants, and small business services providers to apply to become EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliates. While we are accepting applications from all interested parties, please note that at this time we are not able to accept all applicants. If you are not initially selected as a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate, we encourage you to apply again at a later date.

Q: Does it cost me anything to become a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate?
A: No! It's absolutely free to join our EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.

Q: Can a Web site outside the United States be a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate?
A: At the present moment, we are only accepting Affiliates located within the U.S. We hope to be able to open the program to international applicants in the near future.

Q: I operate more than one Web site. Can I still be a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate?
A: Yes. You can have multiple sites as a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate. You can have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can be paid with only one commission check.

Q: What are my responsibilities as a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate?
A: The only thing you are responsible for is using logos provided on www.ezdd.com and placing a logo on your site. We handle everything else.

Q: What are EZ-Direct Deposit' responsibilities?
A: We will provide you with the tools and support to help you maximize sales through your site. We also handle orders, shipping, and billing for all customers you refer to us.

Q: I don't have a Web site. Can I still apply?
A: Unfortunately, no. In order for us to accept you as a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate, we must be able to view your Web site.

Q: How do I change my account information?
A: Once you have been accepted as a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate, you will be given your account information.  Please contact us to modified any account information.

SETTING UP LINKS

Q: How do I create links?
A: Creating links is easy. When you are accepted into the program we will provide you with step-by-step instructions. We will give you tag generated HTML link for you to cut and paste into your Web site. 

Q: Where should I place the links on my site?
A: You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find, such as your home page. Some areas you may want to place your links include your home page, your navigation bar, and any other traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase.

Q: How often should I update my links?
A: You should update links to our products frequently. We are constantly adding new products, so you should create new links that fit the interests of your visitors.

Q: Can I use your content on my site?
A: You may use the logos and content we license to you. However, you may not use logos that have not been specifically licensed to you. We will not be able to track your earnings and pay you the commission you deserve if you use a non-authorized logo or content.

TRACKING, PAYMENT, AND REPORTING

Q: How do I know how much commission I've earned?
A: When you are accepted as a EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate, you will be able to earn a commission of 20% of sales for every sale. We will provide you with reports, that provide information on impressions, click throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.

Q: How often do I get paid?
A: We will send you a check for a percentage of the sales you referred to our site every quarter, provided you earned more than $100. The EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate Program reserves the right to withhold payment until such time as such affiliate's aggregate commissions exceed $100 USD.

Q: Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
A: Yes! When you buy products from us through your Web site, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor purchase.

Q: Who processes orders and handles customer service?
A: It's easy! We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest!

Q: How will you know that the orders came from my site?
A: All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made. This is only possible, though, when you use the created links with the approved logos.

Q: I operate more than one Web site. Can you track them separately but pay me with one commission check?
A: Yes. You can have multiple sites under one EZ-Direct Deposit Affiliate account. You can create links and generate reports specifically for each site, but you will receive one commission check for all of your sites.
